Leeds Abbey Dash 10k
Lauren and Harry were in the purple vests of East Wales on Sunday for the Abbey Dash 10k. The race saw the Inter-Area Championships take place so featured some very fast runners (28 finished sub-30). Lauren and Harry both scored huge PBs and club records finishing in 34:23 and 31:55 respectively.
Stroud Half Marathon
Helen Williams forgot she had booked the Stroud Half Marathon but still bagged herself a PB finishing in 01:40:40.
