The latest Couch to 5K launched on Monday 24th April and exceeded everyone's expectations. The programme had been well advertised in the local area but the turnout was better than anyone had hoped for.

Another packed weekend of races with our own Parc Bryn Bach Six Mile Road Race and Virgin London Marathon taking place on the Sunday and the Cribyn Fell Race taking place on the Saturday. There was also a 'Zombie Race' in Chepstow that was attended by some members of the club.

The long Easter weekend brought a selection of races attended by club members including Pendine, Gilwern Grunt and Boston (UK).

The Summer Road Race Series is upon us with five races taking place between May and August. Like the off-road races, full team participation will help us score points.

An excellent turnout from the club with 19 Green Army representing. The Kymin Dash is known for starting on a long, long hill climb over the first 1.5 miles.
