I am not and never will be a natural runner but I enjoy being out and about, especially off the beaten track. I am so glad I joined the club as running can be a bit lonely on times and I enjoy a chat… usually to take my mind off feeling knackered and realise I am not the only one who finds enjoyment in suffering!

So pleased I joined the club – so friendly and everyone made to feel part of an inclusive running family where “no-one gets left behind!
