Route: Manmoel

One of the club’s long Sunday runs. Starts and finishes at Parc Bryn Bach and heads out to Manmoel along the Sirhowy Valley Walk. A bit muddy in places but road shoes are fine. Total distance is between 14 and 15 miles.
