The Bristol Epic Three Peaks Race

Aspire Running Events are very pleased to announce this inaugural, waymarked 16.5 mile (Approx 26.5km) race to our 2019 race calendar.

The Course at various points can only be described as a tad hilly. It will take in a circular route which takes you through some of the most beautiful and scenic countryside in Somerset.

You will climb Knowle Hill, Maes Knoll and Blackberry Hill (the three peaks) whilst enjoying excellent views of the Mendip Hills, Dundry Hill and the surroundings Chew Valley countryside.

This event is sadly NOT Canicross friendly.

Registration will open at 8am and close at 8:50am.

Please note, there is a 5 minute walk to the start line. The Finish line however will be in the playing field area directly outside Race HQ. Please note that after the final waymarker point, you will be guided to the finish via signage and course marshals.

Race start time: 9am

Price: £22 (Inclusive of booking fee)

Age limit: 18+

Course description: Hilly/Undulating

Route: This is a multi terrain, self-navigational route. Please note the route does contain several road crossings, therefore please do take extreme care and attention at all times.

All finishers will receive a bespoke medal.

This race will be timed.

1st Senior male and female
1st MV40 & FV40
1st MV50 & FV50
1st MV60+ & FV60+
1st male and female U20

There will be 4 aid stations out on the course.

Mandatory items on race day are as follows:

Hydration packs and a fully charged mobile phone. Please note we reserve the right to add further compulsory items according to weather conditions closer to race day.

First Aid will be in attendance at strategic points along the whole route, plus at the finish line.

The finishers table will be laden with our usual treats, cake and fruit.
