Welsh Athletics Awards
The Green Army was at the Vale Resort on Saturday night for the annual Welsh Athletics awards ceremony and we came away with two awards. Gareth Williams took a very well deserved Volunteer of the Year Award and the club took the Inclusivity Club of the Year Award.
GLCL XC: Parc Bryn Bach
This weekend saw the first fixture in the 2019/20 GLCL XC season and there was a cracking turnout from the Green Army and great performances from everyone. Jamie Parry was first home and Lauren Cooper was first lady home. The men’s teams had a great result with the Men’s A, B and C teams taking first places.
