The Jacksons were out in force on Bank Holiday Monday with Hayley, Harry, Peter and Sam all running the Vitality 10000 in London. Also running weer Fudgie and Leigh-Anne Vowles.
MDAL Endurance Open Meeting 2, Cwmbran
Lauren, Sam, Tom and Sarah were in Cwmbran this week for the MDAL Endurance Open Meeting and there were PBs for Tom and Lauren in the 1500m and a great run for Sarah in the 800m.
Cardiff Summer Series 2 mile
Summer Series regulars Hayley, Tom and Keri were in Cardiff on Friday for the 2 mile race. Tom was first home finishing 9th position in a time of 00:11:07.

Kim finally took a photo of one of parkrun tourist runs so can include her this week. She finally broke 22 minutes finishing in 21:52.

Sam was satisfying her inner magpie in Walton-on-Thames on Saturday for the Phoenix Running 7-hour timed Silver Phoenix.

Daisy was minus Owen for the latest Wolf Run but that didn’t stop her from taking 1st lady!

Whilst Rack Raid was going on, club runners were still out running races including the Garwnant Epic Trail 10k which features Katherine Williams, Rebeccah Williams and I believe Alex Burnett.
Pentyrch Duathlon
Stephen Phillips was on the outskirts of Cardiff for the Pentyrch Duathlon on Sunday and I believe he came first.
