parkrun Tourists
Linwood
A huge well done to Chris Prothero who finished first in the Linwood parkrun in a time of 16:59. It was his first time running in the infamous Green Vest.
Aspen, Colorado
Sam, Sian and Eirwen were in Aspen, Colorado this week for the extremely small parkun. The April 13th parkrun only had 7 runners! The parkrun is the world’s highest and even though Sam, Sian and Eirwen are skiing, I wouldn’t be surprised if the parkrun was the main reason for going 😉
Sam finished in first place in a new course record time of 20:05 although that may not count due to a bit of course cutting.Sian finished in 4th position in a run that “blinking killed the lungs”.

Cribyn Race
Bleddyn Jones and Richard Sheehy attended the tough 6.8-mile Cribyn race on a very hot Saturday afternoon. Thanks to Richard Cronin and Barry Llewellyn for the photos.
Hanham Horror
There was a good turnout from the Green Army at the Hanham Horror for 6 undulating miles featuring hills, steps and post-run cakes!
Fur Nations
Sam and Mabli were in Pembrey Country Park competing in the annual ‘Fur Nations Cup’ between Wales, Scotland, Ireland and England.
Got something to say?
