Welsh Road Relay Championships

The annual Welsh Road Relay Championships took place on Saturday afternoon in a wet and windy Pembrey Country Park. It’s a lovely venue for both the road relays and the cross country but it’s a bugger to get to! A huge thank you to Rachel Lewis for all her behind-the-scenes work in getting all the teams organised and for ensuring everyone had a number on the day.

      Hi Steve

I try to keep up to date with as many members as possible but inevitably there will be some events that slip through the net. If you want something to feature please feel free to send me a message on Facebook with a photo from the event.

      Hi Steve,
I feel I need to reply to your comment too. On a weekend I should imagine 25% of the club’s members run somewhere and to mention everyone is just not possible. I for example come 1st over the line at Bryn Bach parkrun most times I run but to mention it every time I run would not really be news. I can see you weren’t mentioned in the tri event but you weren’t on the photograph so I should imagine Rob didn’t know you were there.
We have to remember that Rob does these round ups in his spare time and to check every results sheet of every race would take up his entire Sunday.
