Ruth Powering Towards a 10K PB
Stephen Carter posted a photo of Ruth Butterfield powering towards a 10K PB at Rother Valley last weekend and Richard Sheehy was quick to superimpose Ruth on a screengrab of Indiana Jones running away from a boulder in Raiders of the Lost Ark. I did my own version and then a meme started to form that was fuelled by Stephen Carter.
